For material amendments — those that significantly affect your rights as a user or that introduce new obligations — ld333 will provide reasonable advance notice via a platform notification, where practicable. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of a clause, or updates to contact details) take effect immediately upon publication.
